Campers pick their name from this list instead of typing it, so no misspellings and no duplicates. If two campers share a name, add an initial.

Prefix A, from 101 to 108, 4 beds each → rooms A101 … A108 with 4 numbered beds in every room.

Blocks & floors

Say which floor each block is on and who it’s for. It shows above every room in that block, and campers can filter the board down to their own.

    Edit changes the room number, block, bed count or note in place — campers already in the room keep their beds.
